QualityLogic offers several training courses to help you implement new technologies faster and help your engineering and test personnel climb steep learning curves faster than traditional methods. These courses change over time based on needs from our customers.

Our current training classes focus on XPS and fax technology and can be held at your site or in various locations throughout the year.
To help your engineering staff understand and overcome the challenges presented by XPS and fax technologies, QualityLogic currently offers two training courses.
OpenXPS and XPS Technology Training
OpenXPS and XPS Technology Training will provide your team with a tutorial on all aspects of EcmaOpenXPS and Microsoft XPS, including markup and packaging. Classroom time will consist of alternating lectures on the technology and workshops where the team will gain hands-on experience working with OpenXPS and XPS. Although the primary target for this class is QA staff responsible for testing OpenXPS/XPS implementations, anyone in an engineering or support role can benefit from this training. At the end of the class, your team will have a firm understanding of OpenXPS and XPS and will be capable of isolating problems in an OpenXPS or XPS package.

Fax Technology Training
If you work in Engineering or QA on MFP terminal or telecom/VoIP products that have a fax component, or if you troubleshoot fax calls, QualityLogic’s Fax Technology Class is for you. The class now includes in-depth practical discussions of T.38, V.34 and T.30 protocol issues.
