Far Eastern Test Files
In

Testing printer systems targeted at Japanese, Korean and Chinese markets requires a rigorous set of application test files developed and printed using localized versions of leading worldwide applications and popular applications that are unique to each language. The Far Eastern Test Files, developed by Justway, which was acquired by Software Imaging, are the standard for application test files in these localities and supplement QualityLogic's Asian Language ATS-IF products.
Far
Eastern Test Files are original application files that can be edited and
opened directly by the application, allowing driver options, such as page
size, margin settings, orientation and resolution to be actively exercised.
With the target application loaded and the test driver in place, Far Eastern
Test Files can be sent through the driver just as an end-user would send
a print job.
The content of the Far Eastern Test Files can be changed by selecting different fonts, adding or removing elements, repositioning or resizing images, and so on. This can be useful in setting up test scenarios that help isolate a specific problem. Reference print samples of all Far Eastern Test Files are provided for comparison to your test results.
