PProtect your investment and ensure that your QualityLogic Test Tools are always up to date with a QualityLogic Support Contract. All QualityLogic Test Tools software is covered by a 90-day free technical support plan. To supplement this, we offer one- and two-year software support contracts. QualityLogic Test Tools hardware comes standard with a one year warranty, which may be supplemented by a one-year extended warranty contract.

Here's what the service contracts provide:

  • Phone and e-mail access to QualityLogic’s customer support department for product issues
  • Product support utilizing NetMeeting.
  • Discounted pricing for:
    • Product upgrades
    • Support contracts for additional products or multiple copies of the same product
    • Hardware warranty contracts
  • Direct shipments for any product fixes, instead of just notifications
  • Immediate replacement of lost or defective disks or manuals
  • Access to two on-line training courses during the contract
