QUALITYLOGIC ADDS AUTOCAD 2008 TO ITS APPLICATION TEST SUITE -INTERMEDIATE FILES (ATS-IF) FOR WINDOWS VISTA
ATS-IF NOW SUPPORTS TESTING FOR 16 VISTA APPLICATIONS
Moorpark, CA – September 12, 2007 – QualityLogic (www.qualitylogic.com) has added AutoCAD 2008 to its Application Test Suite – Intermediate Files (ATS-IF) for Windows Vista. With this addition, ATS-IF now supports 16 Windows Vista applications. QualityLogic is currently working on files for Xara Xtreme Pro and Adobe FrameMaker 8 and will add these files to ATS-IF in the near future.
Used for real-world printer-driver testing, "Intermediate Files" are original Windows Vista application files (such as .docx) that can be edited and opened directly by the application. These files allow driver options (such as page size, margin settings, orientation and resolution) to be actively exercised during testing. With the target application loaded and the test driver in place, ATS-IFs can be sent through the driver just as an end-user would send a print job.
