announced today that HP is including information about recent print cartridge
reliability studies conducted by QualityLogic on their inkjet cartridge packages.
Also included is the Web address where consumers can download the full test
results and use them to determine the true costs of their cartridges (www.hp.com/go/suppliesreliability).
The studies on the HP Web site compare the reliability of HP's inkjet and color
LaserJet print cartridges to that of refilled and remanufactured cartridges
from other suppliers.
