Dave JollotaDave Jollota , President and CEO, has held management positions in operations, marketing, sales and finance since joining the company in 1990. Before joining Genoa, Jollota held a variety of management positions at Dataproducts Corp. and was operations manager at Blue Chip Software. Jollota graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in management from The Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.



Debbie FieldsDeborah Fields , Chief Financial Officer, delivered the funding QualityLogic required to grow by over 300% in revenue and market valuation in 6 years. Fields served as Financial Analyst, Controller, Director of Operations & Finance since joining Genoa Technology in 1994. Fields has held analyst and management positions at Xerox Corp. and Rockwell. She holds an MBA from National University, San Diego, and is a Certified Professional Manager (CPM).



Gary JamesGary James, General Manager, QualityLogic Services Group, cofounded QualityLogic's predecessor, Genoa Technology, and built it into one of the leading suppliers of test solutions to the computer and telecommunications industries. Previously, he was director of quality assurance for Dataproducts Corp., with divisional responsibility for operations in the United States, Hong Kong and Puerto Rico. James holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Redlands, CA.



Steve KangSteve Kang , General Manager, QualityLogic Products Group, has a long history in directing and managing engineering organizations. Prior to joining QualityLogic, he was a consultant at AHT, Inc., where he managed and developed on-going consulting projects with client companies. Before that, he was a manager at Sun Microsystems and Xerox Corporation where he developed technical strategy and managed engineering groups and software application development. Kang was also VP of Engineering at Colorbus and AHT, Inc. Kang holds an MS in Computer Science from USC and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School.

Steve ButterfiledSteven Butterfield, Chairman of the Board, is an imaging industry veteran with extensive leadership experience. His long career includes: President of Copal Printer Products USA; Senior VP at Fujitsu's Computer Products of America; President and CEO of Sunrise Imaging; Chief Operating Officer of TelContar; and most recently President and CEO of nextScan in Boise. He has also served as a Director of a number of technology companies.



Bill CampbellBill Campbell, Member of the Board, is a partner at Ater Wynne LLP, a Portland, OR law firm, and was its chairman from 2001 to 2005. Currently, he serves as general counsel for public and private emerging-growth companies in Internet and telecommunications, software, integrated circuit design, test and measurement hardware and biotechnology. He is a graduate of both Yale and Yale Law School.



Doug Downs, Member of the Board
, has more than 25 years of senior financial, operational and general management experience in public and private venture-funded organizations. From 1997 until 2000, he was the CFO and vice president, operations for Extensis, Inc. Downs has led secondary public offerings as well as an initial public offering. Currently, he is the CFO of Chumby Industries, Inc., a venture-funded networking company. Downs is a graduate of California State University, San Diego.


Gary JamesGary James, Director, was a pioneer in the resolution of computer printer compatibility problems and helped establish printer performance test standards that are still used today. James cofounded QualityLogic's predecessor, Genoa Technology, and helped build the company into an industry leader. He was president of the firm when it merged with Revision Labs Inc. to form QualityLogic in September 1999.



James MaterJames Mater, Director, was CEO of Revision Labs when it merged with Genoa Technology in 1999. He became CEO of QualityLogic in 2001 and led the company into its current growth phase. Before Revision Labs, Mater held management positions with Technical Solutions, Tektronix, and Floating Point Systems. Mater was an officer in the US Army and held positions in marketing at a Division of International Harvester. He also spent six years as a principal in an Oregon market research firm. Mater holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Reed College, Portland, OR and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
