QualityLogic Expands and Reorganizes for Growth
QualityLogic (www.qualitylogic.com), a provider of leading-edge QA and QC test tools and services for the imaging and telecom industries, announced today that it is adding space at its Moorpark facility and reorganizing to better focus its resources for future growth. The reorganization, which took effect on January 1, 2008, includes the addition of sales, marketing, and technology staff; and new roles for key employees.
According to CEO James Mater, “QualityLogic has significantly increased its growth every year for the past three years. In 2008, we plan to invest significantly and are reorganizing our staff to better support our printer and fax test tools and test services business.”
The company has formed a new business unit, the Imaging Test Solutions Group (ITSG), which will be headed up by President Dave Jollota. This group includes all business relating to test tools and test services. Gary James will become Director of Business Development for ITSG and reporting to Jollota. He will also continue to manage the Telecom (Fax) product business. Bridge Carney will become Director of Product Management and will also report to Jollota.
Debbie Fields will continue in her position as CFO, overseeing finance, accounting, HR, IT and facilities management. Steve Kang will continue in his position as VP of Engineering to manage the Engineering team. Both continue reporting to Mater.
Earlier this year, QualityLogic added two new members to its board of directors. The company plans to continue to add marketing and technology executive staff positions over the next two years.
