James
Mater, President/CEO/Chairman/Founder, was CEO of Revision Labs when it merged with Genoa Technology in 1999. He became CEO of QualityLogic in 2001 and led the company through the technology recession and into its current growth phase. Before Revision Labs, founded in 1994, Mater held management positions with Technical Solutions, Tektronix, and Floating Point Systems. Prior to working in the technology field, Mater was an officer in the US Army and held positions in marketing at a Division of International Harvester. He also spent six years as a principal in an Oregon market research firm. Mater holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Reed College, Portland, OR and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. |

Dave Jollota,
President, Imaging Test Solutions Group, formed the Genoa
Technology Test Labs in 1995. He held management positions in operations,
marketing, sales and finance since joining the company in 1990. Before
joining Genoa, Jollota held a variety of operations management positions
at Dataproducts Corp. and was operations manager at Blue Chip Software.
Jollota graduated summa cum laude with a bachelors degree in
management from The Graziadio School of Business and Management at
Pepperdine University. |

Deborah
Fields, Chief Financial Officer, has delivered the funding that QualityLogic has required to grow the
business by over 300% in revenue and market valuation in 6 years.
Fields served as Financial Analyst, Controller, Director of Operations
& Finance since joining Genoa Technology in 1994. Fields has held
analyst and management positions at Xerox Corp. and Rockwell. She
holds an MBA from National University, San Diego, and is a Certified
Professional Manager (CPM). |

Gary James, Director of Business Development, Imaging Test Solutions Group, was a cofounder
of Genoa Technology and spent 13 years building it into one of the
leading suppliers of test solutions to the computer and telecommunications
industries. Previously, he was director of quality assurance for Dataproducts
Corp., with divisional responsibility for operations in the United
States, Hong Kong and Puerto Rico. James holds a bachelors degree
in business administration from the University of Redlands, CA. |

Bridge Carney, Director of Product Management, Imaging Test Solutions Group, has a broad background in the print-imaging market, including technical, marketing and sales expertise. He ran the Customer Service Group and Marketing for the legendary printer company Anadex; was Director of Marketing of AMT; and was Director of Pacific Rim Sales at Peerless Systems. More recently, Carney was Director of U.S. OEM sales at Xircom; VP of Sales and Marketing at Absolute Analysis; and VP of Sales and Marketing at Quantum Parametrics. |

Steve Kang, Vice President, Engineering, has a long history in directing and managing engineering organizations.
Prior to joining QualityLogic, he was a consultant at AHT, Inc., where he managed
and developed on-going consulting projects with client companies. Before that, he was a manager at both Sun Microsystems and Xerox Corporation.
In both cases, he developed technical strategy, and managed engineering groups
and the development of sophisticated software applications. Earlier in his career,
Kang was also VP of Engineering at both Colorbus and AHT, Inc. Kang holds an MS in Computer Science from USC and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School. |

Steven Butterfield, Member of the Board, is the first QualityLogic board member from outside the company. Butterfield is an imaging industry veteran
with extensive leadership experience. His long industry career includes:
President of Copal Printer Products USA; Senior VP at Fujitsu's
Computer Products of America; President and CEO of Sunrise Imaging;
Chief Operating Officer of TelContar; and most recently President
and CEO of nextScan in Boise. He has also served as a Director of
a number of technology companies. |

Bill Campbell, Member of the Board, is a partner at Ater Wynne LLP, a Portland, Oregon law firm, and was its chairman from 2001 to 2005. Currently, he serves as general counsel for public and private emerging-growth companies in the fields of Internet and telecommunications, software, integrated circuit design, test and measurement hardware and biotechnology. Campbell was the original lawyer for Revision Labs, the Oregon firm that merged with Genoa Technologies to form QualityLogic. He is a graduate of both Yale and Yale Law School. |

Doug Downs, Member of the Board, has more than 25 years of senior financial, operational and general management experience in both public and private venture-funded organizations. From early 1997 until its acquisition in mid-2000, he was the CFO and vice president, operations for Extensis, Inc., a venture-backed, graphics software company. Downs has led multiple secondary public offerings as well as an initial public offering. Currently, he is the part-time CFO of Chumby Industries, Inc., a venture-funded networking company. Doug is a graduate of California State University, San Diego. |
