With the QualityLogic Test Tool and Development Support Service, questions regarding the interpretation and meaning of the protocol technical requirements are answered within a day. We also offer insight into why specific technical requirements were included, how the requirements are tested as part of the certification program, and share our experience of typical implementation behaviors.

Software/Development Support Contracts
You may purchase support contracts for an additional 5, 10, or 20 hours over the course of one year.

Test Tool Maintenance Contract
QualityLogic is committed to ensuring that the test or utility product you purchase remains current and up-to-date. Any revision released solely to correct one or more product bugs, referred to as a Maintenance Update, is provided to the product licensee free of charge provided the product is within its one-year Warranty Period or you have an active Maintenance Contract.
